20th February ‘25 - our Oysters have spawned so are skinny and have no color atm so please be aware of that if you want to order :( We are aiming to have new season oysters available from April ‘25.
Fresh New Zealand Pacific whole shell Oysters - these are currently longline oysters so may have small marine life attached to the shell. We do our best to clean them up without compromising the quality of the shell/oyster.
